Lily (Lilium) 'Rosenka' is a dramatic Oriental lily with deep rose‑red blooms and a rich, classic fragrance. The large, showy flowers create a luxurious accent in summer borders and look impressive in elegant cut-flower arrangements. Its saturated color adds depth to pastel plantings and contrasts beautifully with white and silver-leaved companions. In the evening garden, it brings a more “sensory” effect thanks to its noticeable perfume. The velvety, jewel-toned petals make it an especially striking focal point when planted in small groups.
It grows to around 110–115 cm (43–45 inches) and blooms in early to mid-summer, often from June into August depending on climate. Plant the bulbs in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun to light partial shade, and keep moisture even during active growth without waterlogging. After flowering, leave the foliage to yellow naturally so the bulb can store energy for next season. A light mulch layer in spring helps keep the soil evenly moist and supports steady growth.
