Produktbeskrivning - Crocosmia Masonorum
Crocosmia masoniorum is a robust, tropical-looking perennial grown from corms and valued for its brilliant orange to orange-red flowers carried along dramatic, arching stems. The flame-coloured blooms create strong vertical accents in summer borders and look especially effective when planted in drifts among ornamental grasses and late-summer perennials. It is also excellent for cutting, with stems that add movement and colour to seasonal bouquets. This variety is ideal when you want a bold, sun-loving plant with an energetic, exotic effect.
The plant grows to a height of 70–100 cm (28–39 inches) and produces small flowers with a diameter of 0–5 cm. Its upward-facing orange-red blooms, arranged along gracefully arching spikes above sword-like green foliage, are ideal for sunny mixed borders, naturalistic plantings, and bright late-spring to summer colour. Crocosmia masoniorum performs best in full sun (or light partial shade) in moist but well-drained soil, and benefits from regular watering during dry spells to support flowering.
