Red Currant ‘Junifer’ is an early-cropping redcurrant valued for its reliable yields of bright, glossy red berries and excellent garden performance. The fruits ripen early in the season, making it a great choice for extending the soft-fruit harvest and filling the gap before later varieties. The berries have a pleasantly tangy flavour that’s perfect for jams, jellies, sauces, baking, and freezing, and they also add a colourful garnish to desserts.
