Plant- & Verzorgingsinstructies
Lelies zijn elegante zomerbloeiende bollen, ideaal voor borders, bloembedden, potten en als snijbloem. Voor het beste bloeiresultaat kiest u een geschikte standplaats en volgt u de aanbevolen plantdiepte.
- Planttijd: Plant de bollen in het voorjaar (mrt t/m mei) of in het najaar (sep t/m dec). De bloeitijd valt over het algemeen in de zomer, van juni tot juli.
- Standplaats & grond: Kies een zonnige plek of halfschaduw. Plant in rijke, losse en goed doorlatende grond. Vermijd plekken waar water blijft staan.
- Plantdiepte & afstand: Plaats de bollen met de puntige kant naar boven. Plant standaard leliebollen, maat 14/16 cm (XL), ongeveer 12–15 cm diep en 20–30 cm uit elkaar.
- Bewatering: Geef regelmatig water tijdens de groei, maar voorkom dat de grond te nat blijft.
- Kweken in potten: Gebruik potten of balkonbakken met afwateringsgaten en een voedzame, goed doorlatende potgrond.
- Na de bloei: Verwijder uitgebloeide bloemen, maar laat de stengel en het blad staan totdat deze natuurlijk vergelen en afsterven. Zo slaat de bol energie op voor het volgende seizoen.
- Komen elk jaar terug: Lelies zijn winterhard en komen bij de juiste omstandigheden elk jaar terug om opnieuw te bloeien.
