Dahlia Purple Mix Collection (5 bulbs)

Dahlia Purple Mix Collection is a luxurious mix of dahlia tubers selected for rich purple tones and long-lasting summer colour. The collection typically ranges from soft lilac and lavender to deep violet and plum, giving borders and large patio containers a refined, contemporary feel. It’s also a smart choice when you want a single-colour theme that still looks varied, thanks to the subtle shifts between light and dark purples. Pair the planting with whites, silvers, or fresh greens to make the purple tones look cleaner and more luminous in daylight.

The plant grows to a height of 40–120 cm (16–47 inches) and produces generous blooms with a diameter of about 8–20 cm in a purple mix of lilac, lavender, violet, and plum shades (exact tones may vary). The layered colouring adds a calm richness to sunny plantings and provides striking stems for arrangements where you want a cool, sophisticated accent. Flowering runs from summer until the first frost, keeping the display productive into the late season. Dahlia thrives in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil, planted after frost risk has passed, with regular watering during active growth and deadheading to keep new flowers coming.
