Product Description - Begonia Cascade Scarlet
Begonia ‘Cascade Scarlet’ is a spectacular trailing begonia that brings glowing red colour and a lush, cascading effect to summer and autumn displays. Its large blooms create instant impact in hanging baskets, balcony boxes, and patio containers, and they pair beautifully with silvery foliage, lobelia, and other compact summer companions. This variety is also a great choice for adding long-lasting colour to shaded terraces and sheltered outdoor seating areas.
The plant grows to a height of 30 cm (12 inches) and produces generous flowers with a diameter of 10–15 cm in a vivid red shade. Its showy blooms spill elegantly over the edges of pots and baskets above fresh green foliage, making it ideal for creating a rich, waterfall-like display in containers throughout the season. Flowering runs from summer into autumn, and ‘Cascade Scarlet’ performs best in bright, sheltered conditions with evenly moist, well-drained soil.
