An ornamental perennial plant. Easily reaches a height of up to 40 centimetres and throws out white flowers during flowering. Ideal for windowsills, in the garden or in the yard. They can decorate small flowerbeds along paths without being trampled or accidentally broken because of the length of the stems. They prefer the sun in semi-shade or shade, but don't like the cold too much either, otherwise they will start to fall asleep and flowering will be delayed. Also try to keep the soil slightly moist, which all Begonias especially like.
If you want seedlings early it is possible to plant the tubers in February and when the shoots have sprouted and it is warmer, plant them out in the open air.
