Product Description - Campanula (glomerata) Caroline
Campanula glomerata ‘Caroline’ is a charming clustered bellflower that produces dense heads of upward-facing, bell-shaped blooms in a soft shell pink to lavender-pink tone. The compact, clump-forming habit and romantic colour make it perfect for cottage gardens, mixed perennial borders, and naturalistic planting schemes. It also works well as a cut flower, adding a delicate, airy texture to small summer bouquets. This variety is ideal when you want a reliable early-summer bloomer that attracts pollinators and blends easily with pastels and cool-toned companions.
The plant grows to a height of 50–60 cm (20–24 inches) and produces small flowers with a diameter of 0–5 cm. Its clustered pink bells are held in rounded, many-flowered heads on sturdy stems above a low mound of green foliage, making it well suited for the front to mid-border and for informal, meadow-style combinations. ‘Caroline’ flowers mainly in June and July and performs best in sun to partial shade in moist but well-drained soil; regular watering during dry spells helps prolong the display.
