About Dicentra Spectabilis Flowers
Dicentra "Spectabilis" is a magnificent rhizomatous, perennial herbaceous plant. This plant has straight, strong. Fleshy stems, up to 100 cm in height. Grows on fertile, loose and moderately moist soil. Does not tolerate stagnation of water and drought. Shade-loving and frost-resistant plant.
Appearance and aroma
The leaves are mostly large, petiolate, pinnately divided, green above and glaucous below, glabrous. The flowers are quite large (up to 3 cm in diameter), pink, flat, heart-shaped, with curved petals. Flowering - May-June, lasting 30-35 days. Infuses the air with a delicate and enchanting aroma.

To guarantee the best result and quality of our plants and bulbs, we dispatch all our orders at the right planting period. We monitor harvests in The Netherlands and weather conditions across Europe and start shipping our orders according to the following schedule:
- Summer Flowering Bulbs (dahlias, gladioli, begonias, etc.) - from 1 March until 1 June.
- Spring Flowering Bulbs (tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, etc.) - from 18 September until 1 December.
- Seeds and Garden Tools – all year round
- Roses, Perennials (except peonies), Bushes and other plants in pots - from 1 March until 1 June.
