Size chart
Product Description - Erythronium Snowflake
Erythronium ‘Snowflake’ is a delicate spring plant that enchants with its delicate snow-white flowers. This variety of toothwort impresses with its graceful star-shaped petals that create an effect of airy lightness.
Each flower is held on a slender stem, and its center may have a light cream or yellowish tint, which adds warmth and depth to the image. The leaves are decorative, lanceolate, with a characteristic marbled or spotted pattern that retains its decorative appearance even after flowering.
‘Snowflake’ is hardy, prefers partial shade and cool, well-moistened, well-drained soil. This variety looks great in natural garden designs, planted under trees, among spring bulbs, or as part of a forest flower bed.

How to Plant - Erythronium Snowflake
Planting and care instructions
For best results, plant this category at the recommended depth and grow it in a suitable location.
- Planting: Plant as soon as possible in humus-rich, moisture-retentive soil. Place the bulbs about 10 cm deep and 10–15 cm apart, and do not let them dry out.
- Light & location: Grow in partial shade or light shade.
- Watering: Water after planting and keep the soil evenly moist, but avoid waterlogging.
- After flowering: Let the foliage die back naturally after flowering so the plant can store energy for the next season.
- Feeding & care: Add compost or organic mulch in spring to supply nutrients and help the soil retain moisture.
- Useful tip: Leave plants undisturbed to naturalise; divide overcrowded clumps after the foliage has died back.
