Exotic for our gardens, the gloriosa variety Sparkling Stripe will decorate arches and arbours with its unusual large flowers. The plant belongs to the lily class, so its vegetation process is similar to lilies. The beautiful flowers stand out from all the annual variety, adding a special "zest" to the garden.
Large bulbs of the Sparkling Stripe variety are planted in the open ground after the onset of warm nights without the threat of frost. The flower can often be seen in greenhouses and flower greenhouses. It performs best in a sunny or slightly shaded area, easily climbing up to a height of about two or more metres. During the summer heat, it requires regular and abundant watering and fertilisation. With the onset of cold days, the bulbs are dug up, dried and stored until spring.

To guarantee the best result and quality of our plants and bulbs, we dispatch all our orders at the right planting period. We monitor harvests in The Netherlands and weather conditions across Europe and start shipping our orders according to the following schedule:
- Summer Flowering Bulbs (dahlias, gladioli, begonias, etc.) - from 1 March until 1 June.
- Spring Flowering Bulbs (tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, etc.) - from 20 September until 1 December.
- Seeds and Garden Tools – all year round
- Roses, Perennials (except peonies), Bushes and other plants in pots - from 1 March until 1 June.
