Hyacinth Gipsy Queen (Dutch Hyacinth, Hyacinth Orientalis 'Gipsy Queen'). This variety is perfect for you. It is a classic Dutch hyacinth with light coral flowers. A spectacular hyacinth with a wonderful aroma deserves your attention! It will add brightness to the spring garden. The name of the variety means "Gypsy Queen".
It grows up to 15-30 cm in height. The flowers are bell-shaped, numerous (up to 35 pieces), wrapped, in a dense inflorescence. One flower contains coral, pink and apricot colours. The size of the flower is about 4 cm in diameter and the same or slightly longer in length. This variety is distinguished not only by its beauty, but also by its most delightful aroma. The flowers have a strong and persistent sweet aroma. It is one of the most fragrant varieties. The inflorescence is a dense cluster, spherical-cylindrical in shape and 20 to 30 cm high. The flowers bloom in mid-spring. This variety blooms for a long time, up to three weeks. The leaves are linear, smooth, grooved, blue-green, collected in basal rosettes of 9 pieces. They contrast effectively with the flowers, which are 10 to 30 cm long. This hyacinth is intended for outdoor cultivation, but is not ready for early flowering indoors. It has dense inflorescences of bell-shaped flowers.
Hyacinth Gipsy Queen is an excellent choice for decorating a garden or creating a flower arrangement. It will add brightness to the gloomy corners of the garden. It is very hardy.
