Product Description - Hyacinth Scarlet Pearl
Hyacinthus Scarlet Pearl (Hyacinthus orientalis 'China Pink'). The 'Pink Pearl' variety will delight you with magnificent, strongly fragrant scarlet flowers. The flowers are ball-shaped and cylindrical, with a stem that can grow to a height of 10-15 cm. The flower size is 3.5-4 cm in diameter and the same or slightly longer. The flowers have a strong and persistent sweet fragrance. They remain ornamental for a long time.
This variety is best planted in a sunny location in loose permeable soil rich in organic matter. The planting depth is 5-7 cm and the distance between the plants should be 10-15 cm apart. If growing hyacinths in a vase, make sure that the bulbs 'sit' just above the water level.
