Planting and care instructions

For best results, plant this category at the recommended depth and grow it in a suitable location.

• Planting: Plant in autumn in loose, well-drained soil. Place them 8–10 cm deep and 8–10 cm apart, with the pointed side up.
• Light & location: Grow in sun or partial shade.
• Watering: Water after planting and keep the soil lightly moist, but avoid waterlogging.
• After flowering: Let the foliage die back naturally after flowering so the plant can store energy for the next season.
• Feeding & care: When shoots appear, apply a bulb fertilizer or a balanced low-nitrogen feed; avoid excessive nitrogen.
• Useful tip: Leave plants undisturbed to naturalise; divide overcrowded clumps after the foliage has died back.

• Spring Flowering Bulbs (tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, etc.) - from 20 September until 1 December.
• Seeds and Garden Tools – all year round
• Roses, Perennials (except peonies), Bushes and other plants in pots - from 1 March until 1 June.
