About Lily (Lilium) Lily Scoubidou
The Scoubidou lily is an unusual spreading flower of bright orange color that is striking in its appearance. It is distinguished by a large number of petals and shape.Appearance
Opening on dense dark green stems, the bud drops large oblong red-orange petals almost to the very base. Closer to the middle, such a bright color acquires yellow notes. The core of the flower is covered with medium-sized petals. Orange uneven petals rush upward, creating an original shape. The elegance of such large flowers is given by the length of the peduncle and elongated dark leaves, drooping down.

Despite all its beauty and uniqueness, the Scoubidou lily is frost-resistant and unpretentious. It takes root in neutral and slightly acidic soils, but does not like calcareous areas. The place for growth should be sunny, protected from the winds. The plant requires regular watering, but not too much.

How to Plant - Lily (Lilium) Lily Scoubidou

Choose a sunny spot in your garden with well-draining soil.

Mix some compost or other organic matter into the soil at the bottom of the hole.

Place the bulb in the hole with the pointed end facing up.

Fill the hole with soil and gently firm the soil around the bulb.

Water the soil until it is evenly moist.

Cover the area with a layer of mulch to help retain moisture and suppress weeds.

Water the bulb regularly, making sure not to let the soil dry out completely.

As the plant grows, provide support to the stem to prevent it from bending or breaking.

After the flowers have faded, cut the stem off at the base and continue to care for the plant by watering it regularly and providing it with full sun or partial shade.
