Lily My Wedding, (Double Oriental Lilies 'My Wedding'). New! A stunning new variety of double oriental lily called "My Wedding" (translates as "My Wedding"). It is a beautiful addition to any garden. This lily is snow-white, like the bride's dress, with a hint of pink around the edges and a light green hue in the center. It has no stamens that would spoil clothes. Therefore, it is ideal as cut flowers, especially for wedding bouquets and arrangements. In addition, the flowers have a wonderful aroma.
Appearance.
This variety grows from 110-120 cm to 150 cm in height. The flowers are enormous, cup-shaped, and about 30 cm in size. It blooms in the garden in August. It grows best in partial shade. Requires moist and well-drained soils, rich in humus, with a slightly acidic reaction, with a pH index of 5.5-6.5 (heather soils). Looks beautiful in group plantings in the garden and against the background of the lawn. The distance between plants should be 30-45 cm.

Oriental or oriental lilies form deciduous, unbranched stems with flowers, usually quite sensitive to frost. Therefore, winter requires good shelter or better digging (stored in a cold basement). However, this variety is well suited for cultivation in greenhouse conditions for industrial cutting. Also suitable for growing in containers. Planting time - spring (after the end of frost) and early autumn.
Bulbs, before planting, should be stored in the refrigerator on the bottom shelf or in a warm basement.
