Its flowers are lemon-yellow, which is mixed with green. The flowers are slightly directed downwards. They are odorless. A few tiny black spots in the flower centers can accentuate lilies with beautiful places, such as 'Cafe Latte' in a bright sunny garden. "Melanie's Pearl," which is the name of the variety in translation, is perfect from afar. It was bred in 1913—the originator: R. Griesbach Flowering period: June-July. The height of the plant is 90-120 cm. Pay attention also to another hybrid - Pearl Frances lily.
Appearance
Lily Pearl Melanie (Pearl Melanie) is powerful and festive. It is hard to resist her not smiling! Flowers can reach up to 15 cm in diameter. They are funnel-shaped. Each flower has three petals and three sepals, which are very similar. Petals and sepals with a satin texture and with effectively twisted ends. Flowers appear at the top of a tall stem. They are collected in inflorescences of several pieces. The leaves are thick, shiny, small, and rich green. Differs in very high frost resistance: withstands temperatures down to -40 ° C.
Asian hybrids are lilies with high resistance to soil and climatic conditions and tolerate cold winters. Their essential feature is a variety of colors. Here you can see pure lilies, bright colors, and variations of pastels, as well as two-colored and variegated. This group unites species found in Asia, which were later crossed with each other. Asian hybrids are characterized by early flowering. This group includes the lily hybrids most resistant to disease - therefore, they are very much appreciated by flower growers and are widely grown.
We strongly recommend decorating your garden by planting at least three bulbs of this beautiful lily. When this plant finishes flowering, its stems should be cut about 10 cm above the ground.

How to Plant

Choose a sunny spot in your garden with well-draining soil.
