Lily (Lilium) Siberia
Lily (Lilium) Siberia - flower bulbs and perennial plants from Holland
Product Description - Lily (Lilium) Siberia
Lily "Siberia" (Lilium "SIBERIA") is one of the brightest representatives of oriental hybrid lilies (OR). The height of an adult plant can reach 120 cm. The strong fleshy stems are alternately arranged with oblong leaves of dark green color. The flowers are large (up to 25 cm in diameter), star-shaped, with wavy petals. The flowers are white and have a delightful persistent aroma. Flowering begins in June and lasts until the end of August.
This variety of lilies prefers to grow on fertile, well-drained, slightly acidic or neutral, moderately moist soils. Also, this plant is very sun-loving but feels good in partial shade. For the winter period (after flowering), it is recommended to prune and cover the plant. The plant needs fertilizing, abundant watering, and soil loosening during the active growing season. Also, this variety of lilies is practically unaffected by garden diseases and pests (slugs, etc.).
