Product Description - Lily Zelmira
Many different cultivars from two hybrid groups were involved in the creation of this beauty: Trumpets and Oriental. Therefore, the group to which they belong is called OT-hybrids.
This crossing makes the Zelmira lily hardy, hardy and disease resistant. It is a large plant due to its tall stature, strong shoots and large flowers.
Looks and scent
This is a variety with a delicate look. Its delicate pink flowers make a beautiful decoration to a room when placed in a vase. The petals are pink in the centre and light orange around the edges and yellow-green in the core. The stamens are light green and the anthers are burgundy. This palette of colours is eye-catching. The petals are slightly turned outwards when open.
The fragrance of the Zelmira lily will fill the space with pleasantly gentle notes in the garden or in the room.
Plant height: 120 cm, can grow to 140 cm with good fertilisation.
Flowers: Raven-shaped, large 20-25 cm in diameter.
A single flower may hold up to 10 buds.
Flowering period: July to August.

How to Plant - Lily Zelmira
Guide and tips for plantinglilium(lily) bulbs

Choose a sunny spot in your garden with well-draining soil.

Dig a hole that is 2-3 times deeper than the height of the bulb.

Mix some compost or other organic matter into the soil at the bottom of the hole.

Place the bulb in the hole with the pointed end facing up.

Fill the hole with soil and gently firm the soil around the bulb.

Water the soil until it is evenly moist.

Cover the area with a layer of mulch to help retain moisture and suppress weeds.

Water the bulb regularly, making sure not to let the soil dry out completely.

As the plant grows, provide support to the stem to prevent it from bending or breaking.

After the flowers have faded, cut the stem off at the base and continue to care for the plant by watering it regularly and providing it with full sun or partial shade.
