Product Description - Tigridia Mixed
Tigridia Mix is an unusually beautiful plant that will decorate your summer cottage or house. It is a tuberous plant that grows to a height of 25-60 cm, the leaves are sword-shaped. The flowers of this plant are quite large, 10-15 cm in diameter, with three large monochromatic outer petals of various colours (yellow, white, orange, red, pinkish-purple) and three small inner petals with elegant bright spots. The flowering period of tigridia lasts from July to autumn. The fruit of this plant is an oblong box with numerous seeds. This plant grows well in a bright, sheltered place. It requires slightly acidic light soil rich in humus. It needs watering on hot days. Each flower of this plant is beautiful in its own way, but it pleases the eye for only one day. But do not be upset, because each inflorescence of the plant consists of six to eight buds that replace each other. And if you plant several bulbs in the flowerbed, the flowers of the tigrigidia will open constantly from August to September, and will delight you with a wonderful aroma.
