Description of the variety
Tulip Estatic is an early multi-flowered double variety. Usually, 4 to 5 bright buds bloom magnificently on the stem. The height of the plants is 45-50 cm, the stems are strong and resilient, the leaves are bright green and elongated. The flowers are double with a large number of petals of bright wine-red colour and a diameter of 10-12 cm. Long flowering period (April-May). The flowers have a pleasant incomparable aroma. The root system of tulips is represented by bulbs. They are planted in loamy or sandy soils in open sunny areas, which are pre-drained and loosened. The planting depth of the bulbs is 10-12 cm. The distance between plants during planting is 10-12 cm. For better growth, the flowers need to be fertilised in spring.
The plant is moisture-loving, so it needs regular watering. Tulip Estatic belongs to the frost-resistant varieties (frost resistance zone - 3-4). The bulbs overwinter well. To prevent freezing, the flowers can be covered with a layer of compost for the winter.
Aesthetic tulips have an incredible appearance and a pleasant, persistent aroma. Flowers of this variety are planted in flowerbeds, along borders, in personal plots, parks, and squares. Also, Aesthetic tulips are used for cutting to create bouquets.
