The Icoon tulip belongs to the group of early double varieties. It is believed that this plant, which glows during flowering, is one of the best low-growing tulips.
Appearance and aroma
Large double buds with a pronounced pleasant smell open over the standard leaves with a soft green colour. The shape of this tulip resembles a mixture of a goblet rose and a peony. The colour of this variety is rare, combining fiery orange and red. It is complemented by small green blotches. Flowering lasts up to 21 days.
