Product Description - Caladium Collection
Caladium Collection is a vibrant mix of caladium tubers selected for spectacular, heart-shaped foliage in eye-catching colour combinations. Grown mainly for leaves, caladiums bring a lush, tropical look to shaded borders, patio pots, and indoor/outdoor displays where flowers are not the main focus. A mixed collection creates a richer, layered effect as contrasting patterns and tones play off each other throughout the season. Because the colour is in the foliage, the display stays attractive for months with minimal tidying.
The plants grow to a height of about 30–60 cm (12–24 inches) and develop generous leaves about 15–30 cm long in mixed shades of white, pink, red, and green with assorted patterns. Their bold, architectural foliage instantly brightens darker corners and gives containers a full, декоративний вигляд from the moment the leaves expand. Caladiums perform best in warm conditions with partial shade to shade and evenly moist, well-drained, humus-rich soil, and in colder climates the tubers are lifted and stored frost-free after the foliage dies back.
