About Rose ‘Friesia’ – Intensely Fragrant Yellow Floribunda Rose
Rose ‘Friesia’ is a classic floribunda rose highly regarded for its brilliant golden-yellow blooms and exceptionally strong fragrance. The flowers appear in abundant clusters and retain their vivid colour remarkably well, even in warm weather. Their rich perfume, often compared to old-fashioned roses, makes this variety one of the most fragrant yellow roses available. Blooming repeatedly from late spring until autumn, it provides continuous colour and scent throughout the season. The compact shrub is complemented by glossy green foliage and excellent garden reliability.
How to Plant Rose ‘Friesia’?
Choose a sunny location with fertile, well-drained soil enriched with organic matter. Allow spacing of 70–100 cm between plants for healthy airflow and growth. Water thoroughly after planting and maintain regular moisture during dry periods. Apply mulch annually to retain soil moisture and improve soil structure. Feed throughout the growing season to encourage vigorous flowering and healthy foliage.
