About Rose ‘Gaujard’ – Classic Red and White Bi-Colour Rose
Rose ‘Gaujard’ is a classic hybrid tea rose admired for its elegant red and white bi-coloured blooms. The flowers are large, high-centered, and beautifully shaped, opening slowly from pointed buds into striking blooms with a refined contrast of colours. Blooming repeatedly throughout the season, this variety offers excellent ornamental value in formal gardens and cut flower arrangements. A light fragrance enhances its appeal while the upright growth habit ensures a strong visual presence in the garden. The foliage is healthy and glossy, providing a perfect backdrop for the bold flowers.
How to Plant Rose ‘Gaujard’?
Plant in a sunny, sheltered position with fertile, well-drained soil enriched with organic matter. Allow spacing of 80–120 cm between plants for healthy airflow and development. Water thoroughly after planting and maintain regular moisture during dry periods. Apply mulch annually to conserve soil moisture and improve soil structure. Feed during the growing season to support strong flowering and healthy growth.
