About Rose ‘Lions Charity’ – Roots and Flowers
Rose ‘Lions Charity’ is a graceful shrub rose known for its large, soft cream to pale apricot blooms. The flowers are fully double and gently cupped, giving them a romantic and classic appearance. Blooming repeatedly over a long season, it provides a calm and elegant presence in garden borders. The plant forms a balanced, bushy shrub with healthy foliage that frames the delicate flowers beautifully. Its subtle color makes it an excellent companion for both pastel and vibrant planting combinations.
How to Plant Rose ‘Lions Charity’?
Plant in nutrient-rich, well-drained soil in full sun for optimal flowering. Set the graft union just below soil level and allow 60–80 cm spacing for good air circulation. Water deeply after planting and during extended dry spells. Mulch annually to maintain soil moisture and apply fertilizer in spring and midsummer to promote strong, repeat blooming performance.
