About Rose ‘Little Rambler’ – Roots and Flowers
Rose ‘Little Rambler’ is a delightful small-scale climbing or rambling rose that produces clusters of bright pink blooms. The semi-double flowers open to reveal golden stamens, creating a lively and attractive contrast. Though compact compared to larger ramblers, it still develops arching canes that can be trained over small trellises, fences, or obelisks. Its abundant flowering creates a charming cascade of colour in early to midsummer. The healthy foliage and manageable growth make it suitable for smaller gardens where vertical interest is desired without overwhelming space.
How to Plant Rose ‘Little Rambler’?
Plant in fertile, well-drained soil in a sunny or lightly shaded position. Provide a small trellis or support structure to guide its climbing habit. Place the graft union slightly below soil level and allow sufficient space for lateral spread. Water well after planting and during prolonged dry periods. Mulch annually to protect roots and improve soil structure. Prune lightly after flowering to maintain shape and encourage strong growth for the following season.
