About Rose ‘Morden Amorette’ – Roots and Flowers
Rose ‘Morden Amorette’ is a charming dwarf shrub rose with small, double, deep pink to red flowers. Despite its compact size, it flowers generously and repeatedly, creating a dense carpet of colour. This variety is especially suitable for small gardens, edging, and container planting. Bred for cold resistance, it combines decorative appeal with resilience, making it a dependable choice for gardeners in cooler regions.
How to Plant Rose ‘Morden Amorette’?
Plant Rose ‘Morden Amorette’ in fertile, well-drained soil in a sunny position. Place the graft union just below soil level and space plants 40–60 cm apart. Water thoroughly after planting and regularly during dry spells. Mulching helps retain moisture and suppress weeds. Light feeding during the growing season supports continuous flowering and healthy foliage.
