About Rose ‘Mozart’ – Roots and Flowers
Rose ‘Mozart’ is a charming shrub rose with masses of small, single flowers in soft pink shades and bright white centres. The blooms are carried in large clusters, creating a light, airy effect that looks especially beautiful in informal gardens. Flowering generously over a long season, it also produces decorative hips later in the year. Its natural, spreading habit makes it ideal for landscape planting and mixed borders.
How to Plant Rose ‘Mozart’?
Plant Rose ‘Mozart’ in well-drained, fertile soil in a sunny or lightly shaded position. Place the graft union just below soil level and allow generous spacing of 100–120 cm for its spreading growth. Water well after planting and during dry spells in the first year. Mulching helps maintain soil moisture and suppress weeds. Minimal feeding is required once established, as this rose is naturally vigorous.
