Rose ‘Penelope Lively’ is a beautifully romantic garden rose admired for its soft, warm-toned blooms and elegant, classic rose shape. It flowers in repeat flushes, bringing a gentle, uplifting feel to sunny borders and rose beds, while also providing lovely stems for cutting.
