About Rose ‘Vanessa Bell’ – Roots and Flowers
Rose ‘Vanessa Bell’ is a modern English shrub rose from David Austin, admired for its soft, pale yellow blooms with a subtle hint of pink at the edges. The medium-sized, cup-shaped flowers are borne in clusters and have a refreshing tea fragrance with notes of green tea, lemon, and honey. Its bushy, compact growth makes it a charming addition to borders or containers.
How to Plant Rose ‘Vanessa Bell’?
Choose a sunny location with rich, well-drained soil to plant ‘Vanessa Bell’. Space the plants about 70–80 cm apart to allow good air circulation. Water regularly and prune in early spring to maintain its shape and encourage strong flowering.
