Picasso is a herbaceous perennial, a beautifully flowering tuberous plant. The adult plant reaches a height of 40 to 100 centimetres. The leaves are green with white mottling. The flowers of this plant are unusually purple in colour.
Blooms well and only grows in a warm environment with a temperature of at least 18°C, the best temperature being 22-23°C. It does not tolerate draughts. The flower stems of this plant are tall and extend straight from the bottom of the plant. The flowering period is from July to September. Outdoors this lovely plant will flower for 1 month and indoors for 14 days. It is a water-loving plant and always needs to have water in the tray. Calla Picasso prefers acidic, well-drained, humus-rich soils. This plant is odourless. No special care is required. Can be cultivated as a houseplant in the garden or as an indoor plant and will give you lots of pleasure with its beautiful flowers. These purple flowers are tall, statuesque and breathtaking to look at and will add a highlight to any garden or room.
